JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-304B/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, the informant got information, regarding the death of the deceased through this petitioner and after that, the informant lodged the present case. Submission on behalf of petitioner is that the deceased died of diarrhoea and information, regarding her death was given. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased has already been sent to jail custody and, moreover, the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40422 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 has entered into compromise, when he came to know about the real cause of death of the deceased.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah.
