Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case and it is alleged that he confessed his guilt leading recovery of looted articles from the house of the other accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.07.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar
