In compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.06.2023, a show-cause has been filed on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation duly affirmed by the Joint Municipal Commissioner.

Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation, submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.12.2022, the claim of the petitioner was examined and the admitted amount as well as the deducted amount has been paid to the petitioner.
