This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the office orders as contained in Memo No. 1131 dated 20.06.2023 passed by the Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) and Memo No. 1633 dated 03.09.2022 passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 3) whereby petitioner has been terminated from the post of Assistant Teacher, Sanlagna Abhyasshala,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7025 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 DIET, Ram Bagh, Muzaffarpur and to command the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and grant all consequential benefits.

3. At very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition is squarely covered with judgment dated 27.02.2024 passed in LPA No. 1219/2023 and analogous case.

4. Considering the facts as available on record and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is allowed, in view of the judgment dated 27.02.2024 passed in LPA No. 1219/2023 and analogous case, setting aside the orders as contained in Memo No. 1131 dated 20.06.2023 passed by the Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) and Memo No. 1633 dated 03.09.2022 passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 3) (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U
