2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 329(3), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Later on Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 was added.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is accused of hitting the head and ear of the informant's father several times with a tangi with an intention to kill him while he was sleeping. The petitioner has accepted his guilt in his confessional statement.

4. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
