In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.280 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 380 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the co-accused including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and tried to take away Rs. 1,35,000/- including ornaments on the point of pistol and when the alarm was raised, the petitioners fled away from there and one of the brother was caught hold

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23217 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 along with the pistol.
