The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 30.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58054 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender by the petitioners is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.153 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur (Patna), subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31352 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 The order dated 30.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58054 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
