2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 136/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/354(B)/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioners and others are said to have tried to commit rape with the victim girl.

4. The petitioners are in jail since 28.02.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. After investigation, the police exonerated the petitioners. The cognizance was taken by the learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25933 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 below after differing with the final form.

6. Considering the above, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ VI cum Spl.
