In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences punishable under sections 304 (B), 201 and 120 (B) of the I.P.C.

The daughter of the informant was married with Ravi Kumar son of the petitioner and due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry she was killed and her dead body was also disappeared. Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner is mother-in-law and her name has been added later on with pen at serial no.7 of the complaint petition and more over in this case husband Ravi Kumar has faced trial vide Sessions Trial No. 508 of 2013 and he has been acquitted and as such the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51486 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. does not dispute.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in case of her arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. S.D.J.M, (West) Muzaffarpur in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 299 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
