This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.191 of 2020, registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition qua the petitioners, in order to enable them to surrender before the learned Court below, within a period of four weeks from today and avail the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23301 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 privilege of regular bail, while relying on an order dated 24.03.2022, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.28903 of 2021, although the petitioner of the said case is a lady. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
