The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bangaon P. S. Case No. 136 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, who is in custody since 28.12.2018, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st, Saharsa in connection with Bangaon P. S. Case No. 136 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23438 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
