JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 While rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail, by order dated 11.09.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37368 of 2015, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks from the date of order and seek regular bail.

This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner praying for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considered the submission made in support thereof, this application is allowed. The time to surrender before the court below is extended by two weeks from today.

The order dated 11.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37368 of 2015 in connection with Scheduled Caste and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47753 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 Scheduled Tribe Muzaffarpur PS Case No. 56 of 2015 is modified to the above extent.
