JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 IPC and sections 25(I-b), A/26 of the Arms Act. A country made loaded pistol and some ornaments are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Admittedly, petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor any recovery was made from his conscious possession. Petitioner is jail custody since 10.9.2018 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM XIV,
