1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-12.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 09.12.2024 in MJC No. 1280 of 2019 was assailed in L.P.A. No. 1249 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench by order dated 12.12.2024 stayed the order dated 09.12.2024 in MJC No. 1284 of 2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits

Patna High Court MJC No.1280 of 2019(8) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 that the order of the Writ Court stands complied as petitioner has been given appointment, as such, the petitioner does not intend to pursue with the contempt application any further and thus seeks permission to withdraw the same.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the instant contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn.
