2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner sold the stolen tractor to co-accused accused Rajpal Kumar.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is neither owner of the tractor nor he is in any way concerned with the said vehicle which has been recovered from garage of one Md. Salamat. Besides this, no cheat of paper has been produced to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
