2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 80, 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that he married her daughter with one Anil Kumar in the month of April, 2021 according to Hindu rites and rituals. After one year of marriage the in-laws of her daughter started torturing her for demand of additional dowry. On 01.07.2024, he came to know that Anil Kumar killed her daughter and disposed her dead body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and no occurrence took place as alleged by the informant. The petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion because petitioner is brother of Anil Kumar (husband of the deceased). The petitioner is living separate from Anil Kumar with property and mess. From perusal of statements of witnesses it transpires that their statements are stereotype and contradictory to each other. There is only allegation against the petitioner that he helped Anil Yadav in disposing of the dead body. Petitioner is in custody since 18010.2024
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. From perusal of F.I.R., it clearly transpires that allegation of demand of dowry is not levelled against the present petitioner rather it is levelled upon Anil Kumar who is the husband of the deceased, this fact has also been mentioned in the impugned order itself.
7. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
