Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 18/2020 (Excise Case No. 248 of 2020) for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.02.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge- II cum Special Judge, Excise,
