It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he could not appear while the case was called for since he was suffering from fever. The petitioner is directed to make payment of Rs. 3000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Darbhanga.

On the ground mentioned in the restoration

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26466 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 application, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 70589 of 2021 is restored to its original file.
