The petitioner seeks bail in Tiyar P.S. Case No. 58/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 385, 386, 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant case has been lodged due to political rivalry of Mukhiya and Up-Mukhiya as mentioned in the written report. It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner threatened the informant on his mobile phone to deposit money in the account of his maternal uncle Birbal Yadav. It is alleged that Birbal Yadav and Sikandar Yadav also threatened the informant to deposit the amount in their accounts. In this manner, there is general and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77548 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 allegation against this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No. 58/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
