Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 253 of 2019 (Special BA Excise No. 281/2020) registered for the offence under sections 30/30(a)/30(b)/30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.04.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
