JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with regard to petitioner no.6 as he has been arrested during the pendency of the present petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.

The petitioner nos.1 to 5 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 332, 333, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1, 2, 4 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos.3 and 5 were convicted, but later on acquitted in appeal, as such, they also are persons with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that petitioners are women.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant alleges that he along with his team had gone to arrest accused Lav Paswan, who was wanted in Parsauni P. S. Case No.07 of 2020. It is next alleged that the informant managed to apprehend Lav Paswan, but all of a sudden, people gathered including the petitioners and it is alleged that they assaulted the police team and also misbehaved and managed to get Lav Paswan freed from the police.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that petitioners are women and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner nos.1 to 5, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parsauni P. S. Case No.98 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
