This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 20(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

One kilogram of ganja was alleged recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is already complete now and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two local sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special Case No. 68 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, III, Patna, or successor Court.

The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
