1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 143, 323, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he was standing near an egg shop when Raju came and blew cigarette smoke on his face, on objection the accused persons came and they abused and assaulted him, further Lalan assaulted him by an iron rod and Amrendra by lathi while

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that on a trivial issue the occurrence is alleged to have taken place.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that from perusal of the order-sheet, it would manifest that the same also does not record about any injury and there is the delay of three days in instituting the FIR, as the date of occurrence is 31.07.2022 and the FIR came to be instituted on 03.08.2022, it is further submitted that from side of the petitioners Baheri P.S. Case No. 243 of 2022 was instituted.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
