2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 376/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3.From the F.I.R., it appears that it is a case of consensual sex between the two majors.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27281 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 02/2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
