Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47(a) and 53 (a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. 650 M.L. bear is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he was, too, found in drunken state. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Complaint Case no.
