JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail as the petitioners, 10 in number apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,332,353,504,224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset, submitted that petitioner No.1 Arun Yadav and petitioner No.9

Rambadan Yadav have been arrested during the pendency of this application.

This application accordingly, stands rejected to the extent it relates to petitioners no. 1 and 9.

From the First Information Report, it appears that on an information received that there was firing going on between the two rival groups the police reached at the spot. It is alleged that when the police party arrived there, these petitioners and about 5060 persons surrounded the police and rescued forcibly arrested petitioner No.9.

It further appears that a counter case was also filed against other persons by the side of these petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to First Information Report and has submitted there is nothing specific against these petitioners in the First Information Report. In view of the submission as above, let petitioners No.2 to 8 and 10 in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.195 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under
