ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2016 in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that strange allegation has been made against the petitioner and both the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39988 of 2016 (3) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 husband and wife were taken into custody on the basis that two ATM cards and two Passbook have been recovered which are in the name of either the petitioner or her husband. It is further submitted that they had been indulging in defrauding people but now in view of the fact that the husband of the present petitioner has been granted regular bail by this Court passed in Crl. Misc. No. 39123 of 2016 vide order dated 17.09.2016, the petitioner may also be released on bail.

Considering the nature of allegation made and that her husband being similar situated has been granted regular bail by this court, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind Kumar Das, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Laheri P.S.
