ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard Shri Santosh Kumar Jha, Advocate, who is appearing in this case under instructions of Shri Sushil Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners have been in custody since 05.03.2019 in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 57/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case and the alleged recoveries were not made from their conscious possession. It is further submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 24955 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent and may be extended the privilege of regular bail.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 57/2019.
