The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 14527 of 2008, which stood dismissed due to non -compliance of peremptory order, which was passed long back on 23.9.2008 whereas the present restoration petition was filed in the month of March 2016.

From perusal of the present petition it is evident that dispute pertains to selection of Shiksha Mitra, which post was already abolished long back. Moreover, on perusal of the record of CWJC No. 14527 of 2008 it is evident that save and except

Patna High Court MJC No.831 of 2016 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 order sheet, there is nothing on record. Meaning thereby, that record has already been destructed. Though restoration petition has been filed no plausible explanation has been given for such delay.

The petition stands dismissed.
