====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town Police Station Case No.340 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected twice, lastly, vide order dated 24.01.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No.59630 of 2017 and the petitioner is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78905 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 custody since 23.09.2016.

Admittedly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected twice on merit. I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is again rejected.
