The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of illicit liquor has been recovered from Darwaja of the petitioner.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
