2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 292/75 of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 14 of Saray Act and Sections 8, 12, 17 of the POCSO Act.
3. This petitioner is owner of the Hotel, where it is alleged that sex racket was going on.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be owner of the said hotel. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State, by way of filing counter affidavit, opposes the prayer for bail of petitioner and submits that petitioner is owner of the hotel and has got criminal antecedent of similar nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 510 of 2024.
