The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not paid the salary to the petitioner who has discharged his duty as Panchayat Teacher at Primary School, Salarpur with effect from May, 2008 onwards.

On perusal of the pleadings it appears that the petitioner was validly engaged as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra (PSM) and by virtue of the rule-provision effective from 01.07.2006 he became as Panchayat Teacher (PT).

Counsel for the State has rightly pointed out that any such grievance can be raised before the Authority constituted

Patna High Court CWJC No.19162 of 2010 (4) dt.15-01-2015 2 / 2 under Rule 18 of the Bihar Panchayat Primary Teacher (Employment and Service Conditions) Rule, 2006. Without opining any view on the claim of the petitioner this Court would permit him to raise a grievance in this regard before the Authority constituted under the Rules for consideration and adjudication in accordance with law. If any such application/appeal is filed within four weeks, the Authority will examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

The application stands disposed of.
