Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial No. 475 of 2018 arising out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 19.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43095 of 2018 (Annexure-1) with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that in this case, charge has already been framed. Petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018.

Case No. 137 of 2018.
