JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Mr. Ravindra Kumar, learned A.C. to A.A.G.10 appearing on behalf of the State-appellant submits that in view of the Notification No. 1544 dated 03.12.214 issued by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Land Acquisition Directorate), Government of Bihar, Patna, the State-appellant has decided not to prefer the appeal in the land acquisition matter up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and it was also decided to withdraw the appeal up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. In the present case, the appeal value is at Rs. 1,24,783.63/-. In that view of the matter, learned A.C. to A.A.G.10 appearing on behalf of the State-appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
Permission is accorded.
