Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report but it has come against the petitioner that he as well as one accused were last seen in the company of the deceased. Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in connection with Masaurhi
