This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.236 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 & 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner has kidnapped the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 09.12.2024.

From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had gone to Mumbai on her own. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI-cum- Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi / concerned Court below, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.236 of 2024.
