That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authorities concerned to remove the illegal encroachment encroached by respondent No.5 on the Anabad Sarva Sadharan Aam land bearing Khata No.324, Plot No.472 measuring an area of 6 decimals, Thana No.78 situated in Village- Karja, AnchalSahpur, District- Bhojpur and for issuance of any other appropriate writ for which the petitioner is otherwise entitled in accordance with law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sahpur, Bhojpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
