JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of getting appointment on the basis of forged experience certificate. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the whole story is manufactured and no proper enquiry has been made and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the authority. Further, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
