The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaitn P.S.Case no.589 of 2010 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that who happens to be Bhasur is of cruelty and torture to the informant with respect to the demand of dowry.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is a Bhaisur and no specif allegation has been attributed against him and all the family members of the husband of the informant has been made accused in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.78580 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No.589 of 2010 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
