This application for regular bail arises out of Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Amendment Act, 2018.

Referring to the contents of the F.I.R., learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that admittedly, the recovery of 54 liters of illicit liquor was made near the hut of the co-accused Munni Nath Yadav, who was apprehended and who is said to have disclosed to the police, the name of the person, who had fled away from the place of recovery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further argued

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21258 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 that said Munni Nath Yadav has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11889 of 2020.

Considering the submission on behalf of the petitioner, to the aforesaid effect, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020.
