In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the Police has found large number of people have assembled and two sides were fighting with each other. The Police could know the cause of their quarrel that one child met with an accident with a motorcycle and as such, the family members of the owner of the motorcycle, family members of the child as also other people have assembled there and started fighting with each other.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, namely, Tufel Ansari, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Risiup P.S. Case no. 41 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
