JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Firearms and one pass-book were seized from TataSafari vehicle. The occupants of the aforesaid vehicle managed to escape from there. On the basis of the aforesaid Pass-book, found in the aforesaid vehicle, the police laid their hands on the owner of the concerned vehicle. The owner of the aforesaid vehicle disclosed that it was petitioner, who used to take his vehicle, and on the basis of aforesaid discloser, petitioner has been made accused in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46422 of 2016 (3) dt.05-12-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S.Case No. 115 of 2015.
