2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, informant's daughter was married to this petitioner in 2015. Later on, petitioner started subjecting her to torture and harassment for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. On 1.8.2021 informant got information that his daughter is serious and when she went to her matrimonial house, she got information that she was killed and dead body was hidden.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case since he happens to be husband of deceased. Allegation is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. As a matter of fact, informant's daughter died during treatment. Charge has already been framed in the case on 12.11.2025. Petitioner is in custody since 8.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in Sessions Trial No. 90/2025.
