Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) & (e) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

3.7 litres illegal country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and 30 kg. jawa was found but the same was destroyed at the time of recovery. Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2016 and she does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
