16-01-2019 Heard Sri Bijay Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Parmanand Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 06-10-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53627 of 2018 to the extent of extending period of surrender of the petitioner. By the said order, the petitioner was earlier extended the privilege of anticipatory bail with a rider to surrender within specified period.

Once in a criminal matter, order is passed, there is no reason to review of its earlier order.

The modification petition stands dismissed.
