JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (T) P.S.Case No. 764 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 8.6 litres of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that house was an abandoned house and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.
