====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are in custody in connection with Nawadah P.S. Case No. 772 of 2017 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case total 63.750 liters of foreign wine was seized. With reference to Annexure-2, learned counsel submits that other co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court.

No.21488 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 772 of 2017 subject to the condition that on release the petitioners shall render their service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month.
