JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Muzaffarpur to decide the representation filed by the petitioner on 03.12.202, requesting therein to exercise his power under section 336 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 and permit the petitioner to demolish the building in question. The learned counsel for the Respondent- Municipal Corporation, Muzaffarpur, Shri Awadhesh Kumar submits that

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent- Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Muzaffarpur to decide the aforesaid pending representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2021 within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
