2. This application is filed for quashing of the impugned order dated 07.07.2015 passed in G.R. No. 501/2015 arising out of Mahila Naugachia P.S. Case No. 26/2015 whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Naugachia has been pleased to take cognizance of offences against the petitioners herein under Sections 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Shri Brajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Dheeraj Kumar appearing for the opposite party no. 2 submits that both the parties have settled the dispute and they did not to continue with the same.

4. In these circumstances, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 07.07.2015 passed in
